JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations
  • Hands on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications
  • Excellent communication, client interfacing and documentation skills
  • Preferred to have Guidewire INS and CPCU
