Assumptions: 

1. Project Manager will communicate any risks for completion or acceptance of tasks to project management team. 

2. Project Manager will consume educational research related to new industry technology standards. Project Manager should maintain a continuous improvement mindset. 

3. Project Manager will address technical debt and work in advance to alleviate the build-up of technical debt
