• Work with business stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into user stories for a complex multi-year Salesforce CRM implementation. The candidate should be comfortable asking probing questions to fully explore and understand all aspects of the business requirements.
• Create accompanying mock-ups as needed with a keen eye on UI and optimal user experience across desktop and mobile
• Work closely with the project team to evaluate technical solutions to meet business requirements. Ability to articulate various technical options with level of effort, pros/cons for each option with the business stakeholders. Work with other internal technical teams on data integrations and other dependencies.
• Ability to evaluate/propose possible solutions with Salesforce OOTB/Declarative options
• Participate in daily scrums and monthly sprint planning sessions
• Work with the QA team to align on test scripts/test cases and triage defects/bugs
• Ensure relevant documentation such as functional design documents, data dictionaries, business/data workflows are created and kept up to date
• Lead demos with the business stakeholders to showcase new functionality
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience as a business analyst or a business systems analyst with a Financial Services firm. Experience in Investment Banking is a big plus
• Demonstrated success with Salesforce project implementations (Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud) including integrations with third party data vendors and internal data sources
• BA/BS Degree
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to effectively communicate with senior business stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be able to work onsite in midtown Manhattan on a hybrid basis
