IBM Infosphere Master Data Management and Reference Data Management
- Overall 8+ years of experience and relevant exp of 3-4 years
- Must have worked on Data Warehouse and MDM Technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other engineering discipline
- Experience in Insurance domain
- Experience in building data integration jobs
- Exposure to data modeling
Technical Experience
- Expertise in IBM's MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) & RDM products, hands-on multiple implementation experience
- Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification
- Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers (DB2/Oracle)
- Working knowledge of concepts like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to use these with different types of integration technologies
- Proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives
- Experience in Data profiling, Data assessment & analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Working experience in data intensive work environment
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially with the business stakeholders
- Knowledge on Data Governance concepts and Data Stewardship
