Setting up, developing, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
Architect and develop solutions from business requirements
Position Requirements
Hands on RPA and system integration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop software
Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop implementation
Experience developing an RPA bot to insert data into a UI
Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET
Experience with databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle
Strong testing skills
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent documentation of work
Ability to architect a bot design
Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members
Strategic planning skills, to include the design, development, and implementation of RPA systems.
Results-oriented, independent worker in need of minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a government context or with government customers
Attention to detail and creating clarity when dealing with ambiguity
Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Strong analytical skills
Experience in an Agile environment working with tools such as MS DevOps

At least 5 years of professional programmer or web developer experience
2 years of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop development experience
