·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Preferably management degree in Digital Marketing

         Provide technical leadership and guidance to the CDP and SFMC team, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.

·       Proven experience as a Salesforce Martech Lead or Architect with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience.

·       Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation concepts and best practices

·       Ability to architect and design Salesforce MarTech solution following Salesforce recommendation and industry best practices

·       Ability to create Solution blueprint highlighting details of each module of Salesforce Data Cloud Solution

·       Ability to provide design for Consent & preference management and PII data handling- privacy by design solution understanding

·       Deep, hands-on technical understanding of Marketing Data architecture, integration and automation capabilities

·       Hands-on development experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript

·       Experience in integrating Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.

·       Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals

·       Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients

·       Willingness to learn and certify on various Salesforce technologies to support the Connected Ecosystem vision

·       Related Salesforce Certifications and/or Accreditations.
