Infosys is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Architect. In this role you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution.

• At least 10 years of Software Development Experience in Contact Center transformation projects.

• Experience with Amazon Connect

• Good working knowledge in Amazon Connect Cloud Contact center platform, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, Routing Profiles, Amazon Polly and DynamoDB

• Experience with IVR development, Agent skill setup and Routing Queues

• Understanding of AWS Cloud used to host Cloud CC platform.

• Hands on Experience on Integration with Enterprise systems using REST API

• Experience with Salesforce / Any CRM integration

• Working knowledge of Source code repo, Continuous Integration

• Ability to interact and co-ordinate with cross functional teams.

• Experience with team management, enterprise architecture and technical leadership

• Act as the technical liaison between offshore technical team and customers / partners
