Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides Information Technology services for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International and their subsidiaries and/or franchisees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud technology expertise during solution design and technical implementation.
- Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions. Participates in Agile sprints and design, develop, test, and implement changes as defined by business requirements.
- Maintain and document processes/procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users.
- Develops functional test cases to improve code quality.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases in a timely manner.
- Develops Salesforce applications using various languages, tools, and methodologies applicable to Salesforce platforms.
- Mentors and provides development recommendations and guidance to other junior developers.
- Support the full SDLC application lifecycle
- Support all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including system integrations, AppExchange applications, data migrations and custom code using APEX and Lightning components.
- Lead the configuration and administration of the platform.
- Provide support for production operations, handles support requests. Monitor performance of Salesforce Cloud and communicate issues to leadership.
- Manage support cases with Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related degree.
- 10+ years' experience in a lead role with strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce core CRM, Sales and Service Clouds.
- 8+ years' experience with application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills in Salesforce platform.
- Strong Salesforce development skills using Apex, SOQL, AMPscript, REST, APIs, Javascript, CSS and HTML.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Github, branching strategies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Slack
- Hands on experience working with Lightning, Aura, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Web services and Flows
- Experience working data transformations and integrations using SOAP & REST APIs
- Knowledge of consumer data protection policies (PII, GDPR)
- Be efficient in Agile development skills, tooling, and methodologies.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a broader team in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge or experience working with integration platforms a plus. (Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, WSO2).
- Excellent communication skills.
