JOB DETAIL

  • Six (6) years of experience with SQL server and Oracle databases, especially on database design and writing database stored procedures..
  • Five (5) years of experience in developing applications using C# on a .net framework, MVC, web API, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery and bootstrap.
  • Six (6) years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Service.
  • Six (6) years of agile development specifically in using the SCRUM framework.
  • Six (6) years of experience of software development life cycle.
  • Four (4) years of experience of developing application using Entity Framework.
  • Three (3) years of experience developing application using .net core.
  • Three (3) years of experience developing applications in cloud environment on Microsoft Azure.
  • Three (3) years of experience of classic ASP application, WCF, and web service.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Versa Regulation and Versa Online.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Core Tasks

  • Provide object-oriented and object-relational design and development, web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net (VB.Net, ASP.Net), MS Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 on a weekly basis as directed by the client. Object-oriented and object-relational design and development includes, but is not limited to:
  • Modify, develop, design, and maintain .NET applications;
  • Design model objects (tables, views indexes); and
  • Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements.

 

Process tickets to correct system errors or implement user-defined requirements for each defined defect or enhanced ticket as directed by the client within the timeframe specified by the specific ticket request.

  • Process defect tickets to correct system errors within one to two business days.
  • Process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response due date of tickets assigned will range from one hour to several weeks.
  • Process change tickets to implement system changes on a weekly basis.
  • Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements as directed by the client.

 

Deliver code to perform system functions as defined in user requirements for each defined defect or enhancement ticket as directed by the client within the timeframe specified by the specific ticket request.

  • Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies;
  • Assist with collecting system requirements with the business program staff; and
  • Document system technical objects, business requirements, business processes, and system processes.

 

Test database code created to satisfy system fixes or user defined requirements as directed by the client for each defined defect or enhancement ticket within the timeframe specified by the specific ticket request.

  • Test application code
  • Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements; and
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
