• Create and manage sprint and release plans for product development initiatives.
• Rally associates from Development, Product, and key stakeholder groups to deliver projects related to product development and research.
• Work directly with application development teams to drive requirements and build user stories in agile development.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Demos, Backlog Grooming)
• Ensure alignment on scope across all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of product

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, systems analysis, or computer science preferred
• 7+ years in a dynamic business environment with most experience in technology-focused roles
• Knowledge of Agile development practices required
• Experience working closely with technical teams required
• Familiarity with PEGA technology or Nielsen data/process desired
