JOB DETAIL

• Champion Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative project delivery.

• Lead the recruitment process for new Salesforce development team members.

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's skills and keep them up to date with Salesforce advancements.

• Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Act as a liaison between the development team and upper management, providing insights and updates.

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce tools and features to enhance development efficiency.

• Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement scalable and future-proof solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies.

• Encourage and support experimentation with pilot projects to assess the viability and benefits of adopting new technologies.

Skills & Requirements

• Lead and manage the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.

• Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

• Customize and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.

• Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

• Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance and scalability.

• Manage and execute deployment processes, including sandbox and production deployments.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.

• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability of the Salesforce environment.

• Provide technical leadership in evaluating and implementing third-party Salesforce apps.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of experience with the configuration and custom development for several CRM modules in SFDC and integrating SFDC with multiple business
