Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and plans for BI solutions
- Data modeling and data architecture design and implementation
- Understand and capture business requirements and translate them into flexible and powerful BI solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing support and enhancement of all delivered SAP BI solutions, partnering with support staff and other teams to deliver high quality performance and business value
- Drive the full BI development process including ETL analysis and expansion, data warehouse modeling and delivery of front end reporting reports, metrics and dashboards
- Guarantee group - wide process standards and guidelines
- Cooperate on an international basis to process and successfully resolve user-related support tickets
- Actively communicate with the customer as a bridge function between central template responsibility and local business requirements
- Participate in projects, regardless of individual focus
- Actively build up customer relationships
