Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
Build flows that turn complicated processes into a simple user experience
Create processes that validate and interact across multiple objects
Communicate with project managers, and Salesforce admins, to refine project requirements
Update page layouts for internal users and partner users
Ensure system processes adhere to secure privacy protocols
Research user issues to identify system defects
Work closely with developers and testers to resolve defects
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, and innovate ways to meet mission goals
Qualifications:
2+ Years experience in Salesforce Administration
Salesforce Administrator certification
Expertise in Salesforce security and privacy settings
Knowledge in feature writing and software development lifecycle
