We are looking for senior level resources with strong SAP SD experience and consulting background, who are capable of managing small projects, taking ownership of a project, and leading all the required task and processes.

Note: Position still has 2 spots to fill it is open but Client has let us know that all Candidates must have SAP CS consulting experience shown on resume and if not then please have candidates right a summary of what they have done with CS. Must have SAP CS experience and have real life examples of CS experience on resume.

Responsibilities:
• 10+ years of consulting experience in SAP SD, MM and/or SAP CS modules. Hands-on expertise in SAP SD, MM and/or CS modules required.
• Provide business and system knowledge in the area of SAP CS module. Expert functional business process and SAP technical knowledge in the areas of SAP CS and to some extent in SD modules is expected, as well as experience with processes standardization and harmonization.
• Requirements gathering, developing & proposing of solutions, system configuration, testing, training, documentation and any tasks for the applications and interfaces managed by the team that arise within an application project implementation, or change request management.
• Software and application solution expertise and related consulting according to resp. modules / products and legacy systems (as required).
• Experience organizational master data structures, organizational units and position management
• Detailed knowledge of SAP customer service configuration including interface setup and dependencies
• Work across SAP module boundaries and integrate, SAP CS and SD module areas with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Detailed knowledge of SAP configuration including, user exits, RICEF objects, info types and dependencies.
• Communicate with the business SMEs to understand the Customer Service processes and able to provide IT solutions.
• Communicate with App developers and SAP development team on various issues, changes and projects.
• Participate in Release Management and Projects and write technical specification documents to provide to UI App developers and SAP backend team.
• Experience with SAP database upgrade and service package upgrade.
• Experience of managing small to medium scale SAP projects.
• Documentation of Work specifications, co-ordinate and able to work with other IT departments for various projects or in resolving tickets/ issues.
