JOB DETAIL

Champion Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative project delivery.
Lead the recruitment process for new Salesforce development team members.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's skills and keep them up to date with Salesforce advancements.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Act as a liaison between the development team and upper management, providing insights and updates.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce tools and features to enhance development efficiency.
Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement scalable and future-proof solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies.
Encourage and support experimentation with pilot projects to assess the viability and benefits of adopting new technologies.

Skills & Requirements
Lead and manage the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
Customize and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance and scalability.
Manage and execute deployment processes, including sandbox and production deployments.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability of the Salesforce environment.

Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience with the configuration and custom development for several CRM modules in SFDC and integrating SFDC with multiple business
