Objective: The objective of the QA Specialist is to ensure that software applications meet or exceed quality standards. This is achieved through the design and implementation of testing plans, procedures, and scripts. The specialist is also tasked with developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts for software applications. The QA Specialist conducts software testing activities that include functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, and tracks software defects and issues using bug tracking tools. The Specialist is further responsible for improving the QA process and testing methodologies to boost product and service quality.
As part of the training objectives, the specialist works to identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs, ensuring the creation of engaging and up-to-date training materials.
