- The IT Delivery job is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios.
- The job leads projects, programs, portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors.
- The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
Skillset / Experience: MUST HAVE
- PMP/ Scrum Cert. – Must have
- 10- 12 Yr overall PM experience.
- Experience leading projects in the Supply Chain Technology realm is ideal.
- Experience with SAP is strongly.
- Experience using Planview
- Retail company experience Plus
- Technical and functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations applications such as Ordering systems, Order to Cash systems, Routing software, Warehouse Management systems.
- Also required, generic knowledge of system Integration API, ESB, Infrastructure and data analysis
- Strong experience managing applications development projects
- Waterfall and iterative waterfall expertise
- Expertise in resource management, building of project schedules, tracking milestones, budget, scope, risks and issues. Planview experience a plus
- Technical and functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations applications such as Ordering systems, Order to Cash systems, Routing software, Warehouse Management systems.
- Also required, generic knowledge of system Integration API, ESB, Infrastructure and data analysis
- Effective communication to be able to lead workshop sessions, clearly provide directions to the Project Team and present status updates to Executive Business Stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and able to prioritize tasks in alignment with our business department. Must be an active listener and a strategic thinker.
- Skills:- MSProject/ PlanView or similar tools, MS Office Tools, Scrum / Agile / Waterfall methodologies, JIRA or similar tools, Cost and Budget Management, Resource planning, WBS
