*Participate as a key member on the development team in client, business, or internal meetings

*Understand common OOP concepts and design patterns

*Take initiative on leveling up on skill gaps with our mandatory quarterly training hours

*Be able to give and receive feedback on requirements or code reviews

*Has a knack for debugging code across the stack

*Can understand the user experience and knows how to measure standard performance metrics

*Establishes strong relationships with business and IT members to deliver solid solutions

Required Skills:

*3+ years' of Vue.js experience

*Experience in .NET and/or .NET Core development

*Proficient with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core

*Proficiency in SQL Server and SSRS

Preferred Skills/Characteristics:

*Bachelor’s degree

*Experience with web services and web APIs preferred

*Experience with CI/CD

*Experience with Syncfusion components

*Familiarity with agile environments
