JOB DETAIL

      • Bachelors / master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Packaging Science graduate with Degree in Packaging Technology from reputed Institute/University
      • 10+ years of experience in technical project Management
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly.
      • Good at Communication Verbal, and written communication skills
      • Capable of independently managing cross functional complexity projects.
      • Shall be capable of managing workload and performance for a team of resources.
      • Good Data gathering and Data Analysis
      • Expert in advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Project etc.)
      • Good Team player, Proactive approach
      • Good understanding/experience in Windchill
      • Having experience of working in global setup, interacting, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders for deliverables
      • Good experience in handling packaging design projects
      • Good understanding and application of Project Management principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
      • Work closely with other members of the Packaging Engineering department and interact with personnel from a variety of areas within the organization.
      • Develop strong team skills, including communication, teamwork, initiative, and managed execution of all project deliverables.
      • Work with suppliers and OEM contacts to establish partnerships to maximize quality, delivery, and lead times, and to incorporate their abilities, ideas, and material/product knowledge into new development.
      • PMP certified is plus.
