Bachelors / master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Packaging Science graduate with Degree in Packaging Technology from reputed Institute/University
10+ years of experience in technical project Management
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly.
Good at Communication Verbal, and written communication skills
Capable of independently managing cross functional complexity projects.
Shall be capable of managing workload and performance for a team of resources.
Good Data gathering and Data Analysis
Expert in advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Project etc.)
Good Team player, Proactive approach
Good understanding/experience in Windchill
Having experience of working in global setup, interacting, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders for deliverables
Good experience in handling packaging design projects
Good understanding and application of Project Management principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Work closely with other members of the Packaging Engineering department and interact with personnel from a variety of areas within the organization.
Develop strong team skills, including communication, teamwork, initiative, and managed execution of all project deliverables.
Work with suppliers and OEM contacts to establish partnerships to maximize quality, delivery, and lead times, and to incorporate their abilities, ideas, and material/product knowledge into new development.
