We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements, with a strong focus on creating user stories and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and to drive the Agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
User Stories: Create, manage, and prioritize user stories, ensuring they are well-defined, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to enhance team collaboration and delivery efficiency.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and meet acceptance criteria.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and product management teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects evolving business needs and goals.
Documentation: Create clear and detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Quality Assurance: Assist in defining and executing test cases to validate that requirements have been implemented correctly.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile framework, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 12+ years of experience.
Strong expertise in creating user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and conducting Agile ceremonies.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
Proficiency in requirements management tools and Agile project management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a software development environment is highly desirable.
