JOB DETAIL

The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.

 

QUALIFICATIONS (Must Haves):

Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.

Bachelors Degree and bring 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM, Vulnerability, HR, GRC and Integration HUB. Onboarding module and

You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline

Possess ServiceNow experience, Utah, Tokyo, San Diego, Rome, etc. (DEV/QA/UAT/PROD);

strong process development, facilitating requirements for SNOW implementations.

ServiceNow experience with integrations, automation, and workflows

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow.

Service catalog items Document full requirements, including layout, fields, workflows, team processes as well system processes.

Testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met.

Defines test cases and acceptance criteria.
