·         Strong Object- Oriented Programming Skills

·         Proficiency writing automated unit testing code

·         Good hands-on experience in C#,ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server 2012

·         Ability to debug and resolve issue independently on server side ( C#)

·         Should be well versed with writing SQL Queries, Store Procs with very good understanding of T-SQL best practices

·         Should have very good understanding of C# and ASP.NET coding best practices

·         Should have experience of working in Agile /Scrum team

·         Should have experience in demonstrating the user stories to client during Sprint Review
