JOB DETAIL

We were looking to staff with an additional Senior BSA/ Senior Salesforce Administrator.  This person ideally would help to create the detailed requirements for the development of user stories as well as identifying dependencies.  If the work is configuration, it would be expected that this teammate could also help to perform the work within the Salesforce/Certinia platform.  This person should also have experience creating technical documentation, supporting testing, and conducting general end user troubleshooting in the Salesforce and Certinia applications.   The below excerpts are from prior job postings for the role on the team:

Requirements

•                     5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform

•                     Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls

•                     Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and apex

•                     Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

•                     Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new projects, changing business needs, and technologies

•                     Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

•                     Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment

•                     Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

•                     Salesforce Certified (Administrator required)

•                     Proficient in Visio Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•                     Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams

•                     Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

•                     Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements

•                     Experience collaborating with business stakeholders

•                     Experience in working with integrations team to support requirements and testing
