Work in close collaboration with platform and application team to obtain the technical information on Kubernetes.
Translate technical and complex concepts into easily understandable documentation for various audiences, including end-users and internal stakeholders.
Identify areas where documentation is lacking and proactively suggest improvements.
Understand and address any knowledge gaps in existing documentation.
Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content while maintaining a clear and engaging writing style.
Continuously update and improve documentation based on user feedback and evolving product features.
Qualifications
8-10 years of Technical Writing experience.
3+ years of Cloud experience.
3+ years of Kubernetes experience (through past jobs using Kubernetes, through extensive documentation creation/open-source contribution)
2+ years' experience with Markdown, AsciDoc, or similar documentation tools.
Demonstrated ability to combine technical expertise with technical communication skills is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior development experience is an added advantage.
