JOB DETAIL

1. Expert in Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Responsible for salesforce Design and development during each phase of the development process

2. Having Tech Skills in Salesforce Development Skills, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning , Sales Cloud ,Service Cloud, Administration. Manages Jr Developers and performs code reviews.

3. Good experience in Sales Force Lightning Components , LWC, Controllers, Events and converting Salesforce classic VF pages into lightning using lightning components.

4. Good Experience on Visual Studio Code tool for developing Lightning components and also deploying to their salesforce orgs.

5. Expertise in Salesforce.com CRM, Force.com, Apex Classes, and Apex triggers, Visual force, Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL.

6. Experience in Batch Processing (Batch Apex) with scheduling and Future methods.

7. Experience with Agile Methodology Development (Scrum Methodology).

8. Experience working with Force.com IDE, Data Loader, Import Wizard and salesforce.com Sandbox Environments. Good Knowledge of GIT and Azure Pipeline along with Power shell scripting for automation. Sould handled complete release management along with production deployment. Having Knowledge of integration pattern, and variety of authorization processes along with connector based integration. Should Contribute on technical Solution design.

9. Practices and leads solution architecture and applications design in adherence to SW development standards and an enterprise approach.

10. Architects and designs system solutions solving business problem.

11. Works closely with business teams and other IT teams to align solutions with the enterprise strategic direction.

12. Builds relationship with executive leadership, technical teams (applications, infrastructure and others), vendors etc. to understand and solve problems.

13. Provides leadership and direction to the engineers in the team and across the enterprise.

14. Leads architectural committees and peer group discussions in adherence to industry standards.

15. Responsible to support the application system / service owner for system performance, budgeting and planning.

16. Responsible for application system stability and scalability related activities.

17. Responsible for alignment with project methodologies and change management processes.

18. Responsible to organize, manage and lead cross-team project tasks and deliverables.

19. Responsible for providing architectural direction to the group and enterprise at large

20. Responsible for presentations and solutions submitted to technical and business review committees.

21. Responsible for effectively utilizing the overall business knowledge for architecting solutions.

22. Exemplify cross-organization teamwork, collaboration, communication and leadership.
