Senior-level Scrum Master skills with PM experience.

Capital Markets experience, Fixed Income preferred. Swaps and treasuries a plus.

Experience with large-scale enterprise applications.

The position is PM/Scrum Master. Build distributed systems with the Quant Strategy team.

Strong Jira experience is a must. Confluence is a big plus.

Understanding infrastructure. Work with infrastructure and network teams, and vendors.

Project planning and coordination.

Interfacing and coordination with stakeholders.

Scrum certification a big plus.

Agile and Cloud experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Requirements and skills

• Knowledge of the scrum framework
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence
• Experience in a Scrum Master role
• Able to champion and mentor Agile framework
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Ability to coordinate with business members and developers to ensure on-time deliverables Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Familiarity with software development
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Able to coordinate multiple teams and projects concurrently

Skills and Experience

Experience working with Capital Markets front-office development, quantitative and trading teams. Knowledge of electronic trading for Fixed Income securities.
