JOB DETAIL

 Partners with SQA and UAT (Testing) Domain Managers to align and deliver on quality objectives established in the project test strategy and approach

 

 Coordination across testing shared services (test data, test automation, performance test, release management)

 

 Ensures end to end traceability from requirements to test cases to test results and secures entrance/exit criteria

 

 Owns and delivers project test reporting inclusive of consistent and proactive risk and issue management at a project level

 

 Audit test cases, test automation scripts and test execution records in Test Management tool (ALM)

 

 Aligns and assists with monthly Re-Forecasting process,

 

 Drives Project Meetings, Test Plan Development & Reviews including UAT Alignment, Defect Triage Facilitation,

 

 Collate & Publish QA Status Reports (Automation Coverage, Defect Summary, etc.)

 

 Define and Review Knowledge Repository including application domain and QA artifacts (test strategy documents, solution manuals, best practices, demo videos, etc.)

 

 Leads test status calls with stakeholders to understand status, risks, and blockers

 

 Identify, log, and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate issues, hindrances, and blockers using company and industry best practice

 

Required Skills

Education and Experience:

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required

 

 Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies

 

 Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Software Quality and Testing Methodologies and 3 (3) years of experience developing and implementing Integrated Test Plans

 

 Experience with Automation

 

 Experience in the healthcare payer industry with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare business preferred
