- 8 to 10 years for IT experiences
- 3+ years of working experience in Application Admin support, ready to work extended hours & weekend.
- 3+ year working experience in ITSM likes like ServiceNow, Salesforce Case Manager, etc.
- Very strong communication skills to work and coordinate with Business users, the vendors, internal IT team and various stakeholders
- Extensive hands on experience on Tableau Development and Administration
- Building out reports on internal tableau usage
- Providing user access, group, and maintenance of server, adding additional node, background processor, space clean-up, rebuild of index, configuration upgrade.
- Tracking User request, status, creating and publishing reports to Senior Leadership
- Tableau performance monitoring
- Worked on Tableau upgrade and Cloud instance of Tableau and migration on perm Tableau to Cloud Tableau instances.
- Independent at work without any follow-up
- Very dynamic in handling request and incidents and user request prioritization

- Good knowledge in SAS applications and support

- Providing business user training and troubleshooting technical issue and guiding
- ER Studio / Team Server installation, application patch and upgrade.
