JOB DETAIL

· 8 to 10 years for IT experiences

· 3+ years of working experience in Application Admin support, ready to work extended hours & weekend.

· 3+ year working experience in ITSM likes like ServiceNow, Salesforce Case Manager, etc.

· Very strong communication skills to work and coordinate with Business users, the vendors, internal IT team and various stakeholders

· Extensive hands on experience on Tableau Development and Administration

· Building out reports on internal tableau usage

· Providing user access, group, and maintenance of server, adding additional node, background processor, space clean-up, rebuild of index, configuration upgrade.

· Tracking User request, status, creating and publishing reports to Senior Leadership

· Tableau performance monitoring

· Worked on Tableau upgrade and Cloud instance of Tableau and migration on perm Tableau to Cloud Tableau instances.

· Independent at work without any follow-up

· Very dynamic in handling request and incidents and user request prioritization

· Keep all stake holder, business team with update of the ticket status and staying top of the tickets being handled.

· Good knowledge in SAS applications and support

· Providing access to user and offboarding user from the application

· Certifications renewal for all the applications and environment

· Providing business user training and troubleshooting technical issue and guiding

· ER Studio / Team Server installation, application patch and upgrade.

· Onboarding and off-boarding the users

· Configuration update and regular maintenance

· Creating vendor ticket, follow-up and part of technical and non-technical troubleshooting session with vendor and business user

· Monarch Data Watch application installation, upgrade

· Onboarding and offboarding of business users

· Troubleshooting of issues

· Maintenance of applications

· Good Analytical and troubleshooting skillset.

· Understanding the cluster, environments, and network knowledge to identify issue.

· Handling and supporting PostgresSQL and MS SQL DB Servers

· LDAP, Single Sign-On knowledge, SAML 2.0, OAuth, Active Directory authentication integration with various vendor applications

· Strong understanding security, and compliance knowledge and handling sensitive customer / PII data

· Handling SEV1 and SEV2, root cause analysis post resolution of Sev incidents

· Proactive monitoring and health check of applications
