Description

The Senior IT Quality Analyst will have the ability to apply in-depth testing expertise within claims product team and stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Qualifications:

•             Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

•             5-7 years of related work experience beyond degree (ex. 9 years of experience without a bachelor’s degree required)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

•             System Experience (in order of importance); MetaVance, TIBCO, HealthRules, MuleSoft

•             Agile experience (SAFe knowledge a plus)

•             Manual testing experience with automation testing knowledge

•             5 years of healthcare experience

•             2+ years of claims processing, accums and integration experience

•             Supports corporate standards in all aspects of departmental activities

•             Strong communication skills

•             Ensures appropriate documentation standards are followed for technical tasks in accordance with corporate procedures and policies.

Work Arrangement

•             Core working hours: 7:00-4:00 CST or 8:00-5:00 CST

•             Hub or Remote
