10-12+ years of experience in application hosting and infrastructure management plus 3-4 years of experience in public cloud, with a strong preference for Azure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in solution integration with a focus on cloud technologies
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure
Understanding of network and security principles in cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Effective communication and client-facing skills, working with global teams as well as USA-based business group CIOs (EST)
Relevant certifications, such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their IT requirements and design innovative and cost-effective solutions that incorporate cloud technologies
Integration: Implement, configure, and integrate cloud solutions, ensuring they seamlessly work with existing systems and infrastructure
Cloud Services: Demonstrate expertise in various cloud services and platforms, such as Azure, to tailor solutions to specific client needs
Security and Compliance: Ensure integrated solutions meet security and compliance standards, taking proactive measures to safeguard data and information
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, resolving issues and enhancing efficiency in cloud-based environments
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, integrations, and configurations for reference and future improvements
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and solutions as required
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects
Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, continuously improving your skills and sharing knowledge with the team
