JOB DETAIL

-RAP Entities (they need to have knowledge here hands on preferable but need to have been exposed)

-BOPF

-CDS Views (they will be building them from scratch that knowledge is necessary)

-enhancements and extensions (BADI AND BAPI)

-AMDP’s development -Gateway Services -ODATA - S/4 HANA (Version 1901 and above)

Job Description:

Good understanding of object oriented programming, MVC and Data modelling concepts.

Experience in working with S4 Hana, Gateway Services, OData, CDS views and BOPF.

Strong full lifecycle ABAP custom development skills including BAPI/BADI/Enhancement Framework, workflows and Dialog programming

Ability to take high level functional design documents and develop ABAP solutions independently

Strong communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in delivering complex ABAP developments independently

AMDP and RAP model

Deliverables

Demonstrate flexibility in working across different technical and functional domains.

Work with technical team for design and analysis of solutions.

Work with functional team members of the project to develop solutions as prioritized by the project team.

Resolve system defects raised by the project team during testing phase.

Precise and timely communication with the project team.

Develop a good understanding of Application architecture and database design.             

Adhere to Valero Standards of development.

Follow the Valero change management process for application deployment.
