-Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for a successful SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation.

-Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

-Manage project risks and proactively address issues to ensure project success.

SAP Employee Central Payroll Expertise:

-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll modules.

-Provide guidance on best practices and solutions related to payroll processes and configurations.

-Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions that meet business requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

-Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at various levels.

-Foster strong relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, and end-users.

-Conduct regular project meetings and ensure effective communication channels are established.

Quality Assurance:

-Monitor the testing and validation of SAP Employee Central Payroll configurations.

-Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.

Change Management:

Qualifications:

-PMP or SAP certifications are a plus.

-Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll projects.

-Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional team
