The SAP Mfg and Planning Consultant works with key business users to gather business requirements; designs and develops solutions; creates Fit-to-standard workshops, functional specs and performs Unit/integration testing.

Supports business processes as they relate to the SAP PP & Manufacturing module.

Is knowledgeable in SAP PP & MES solution capabilities and business process configurations.

Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.

Possesses significant, proven customizing experience within SAP PP & MES systems. Has thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP PP

Will be part of a large project implementation and hence will be responsible for all phases of implementation including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and coordination with business users.

Follow work procedures, standards, and methods defined for the project

Responsible for PP related Data Migration objects- ETL/ migration, cleansing

Works with other tracks around the integration and deployment of SAP applications within existing architectures in a multi-site environment.

Develops training scripts and business process procedures. Works directly with users in training.

Understands advanced, integrated business processes; identifies and recognizes global integration consequences.

Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, Purchase to Pay, Plant Management and Quality Management.

Experience in PP Org structure configuration, MRP, and data migration activities

Qualifications

Skill and Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years of SAP Functional experience in SAP PP.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, Purchase to Pay and Quality Management.
• Should understand how PP interfaces with other modules such as SD, FICO, and MM.
• Is experienced with Master Data, MRP, Production Order Creation, Capacity Requirements Planning and Production Execution
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile PMO methodology, worked Agile framework.
• Understands latest functionalities and features in SAP ECC 6.0 & S4 HANA.
• Experience in production order automation and related master data management.
• Working knowledge of the functionality of all of the other core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, QM) and integration points.
