Strong technical knowledge on both Oracle and MS SQL Server databases? Perform Installation, configuration and upgradation of Database on UNIX, Windows platforms.? Create Physical standby database and performing switch-over and fail-over.? Proficient to implement High Availability, Workload management and Fail Over, Disaster Recovery.? Strong Performance tuning skills to improve system performance and provide effective solutions.? Expertise in RMAN Cloning, backup and recovery and troubleshooting all database related issues? Expert level experience with Oracle enterprise manager? Expertise in maintaining and reinforcing standards for change management, database security plan and auditing? Experience with ADRCI, AWR Reporting & troubleshooting ORA issues and resolution? Collaborated with Leads, Project and Operation Managers to develop focused plans and solutions.
