15+ years of experience with strong Architecture exp in DDD, TDD, EDD
Candidates must have:
Functional Experience – 5+ years’ experience Test Driven Development
Functional Experience – 3+ years’ Azure Infrastructure and DevOps experience
Functional Experience – 2+ years’ Domain Driven Design – context mapping, domain modeling, etc.

Summary:

Looking for a strong software engineering candidate to create/maintain a web application and other USBE (Utah State Board of Education) IT development related activities. Candidate must possess strong understanding of advanced statistical and mathematical principles, experience developing and maintaining data systems using .NET (Core), C# and SQL Server to include the ability to incorporate/integrate data visualization capabilities into responsive web design.
 

Qualifications:

• Degree: B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Programing: Highly skilled and motivated full-stack developer. Experience with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, Typescript, React, MS SQL Server, and other technologies and tools.
• Experience using secure coding practices, Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, microservices design and implementation. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to Detail: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to be thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
• Agile: Knowledge of agile practices and ability to work well in an agile environment.
• Engineering: Capable of applying systems engineering concepts, such as structured design, supportability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability to ensure that applications are optimized and loosely coupled.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service and customer relations skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills. Desire and ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level.
• Problem Solving: Able to identify and develop creative solutions to problems.
• Data: Strong understanding of data collections and data flow.
