- 2-3+ years of programming experience with Pega.
- Experience with Pega Version 7 or higher.
- Certified CSA or CSSA.
- 2+ years of experience with database structures, theories, principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, IT Systems and Processes, Development methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and maintain quality requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot testing and escalate appropriately.
- Experience with Q Processor & Job Scheduler.
Day-to-Day:
- A client of Insight Global is seeking a Pega Developer to join a project team supporting the State of California .
- Attend and contribute in design sessions to design system functionalities.
- Build and maintain system functionality based on approved designs and folling project standards.
- Work with Business Analysts to ensure fidelity to designs.
- Work with architects and senior developers as needed to create and follow standard approached to design the application.
- Unit test codes to project processes and tools.
- Preform unit integration test prior to code being deployed to test environments.
- Diagnostic issues reported by users in production environment.
