JOB DETAIL

  1. We use ADO here. 
  2. We have an Avanade implementation partner 
  3. The business is learning to be agile, terminology, etc. but the From (old world) to (new world) going from Mainframe to D365 is the journey 
  4. D365 experience would be a key differentiator, but MRP and ERP is important to understand the bigger picture. 
  5. Understanding business process reengineering / Transformation would be good, as that is what will be happening as a result of the work 
  6. Key is being able to quickly come in, adapt to the environment, have flexibility to meet the objective, vs. being Agile Pure and head strong 
  7. Need to be assertive, high attention to detail, manage the PM basics, and always helpful if they have a little something extra they bring to the plate. 
  8. Our vendor is using an iterative methodology so that adds some complexity 


Additional Details:  

Client is doing a manufacturing migration from the mainframe to D365. This is the sister project to the Salesforce project we have helped source for. ETA to start would be around first of the year. The position would be a year or so. While twin cities is desirable, it’s not necessary. Travel will be infrequent to our plant in Forest City.
