JOB DETAIL

  • 10+ Years of architecting and implementing Adobe solutions with 4-5 implementation experience
  • Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the AEM technology stack, outlining long-term goals and objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Present updates on AEM technology initiatives to the executive leadership team and board of directors. Provide insights into the value and ROI of AEM investments, demonstrating how they contribute to business objectives
  • Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and optimization of AEM-based solutions
  • Work with Content Strategy team to help and drive the content strategy blueprint and optimize the processes
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AEM architects, developers, and technical specialists
  • Establish and enforce best practices, architectural guidelines, and development standards for AEM projects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our AEM platform
  • Working knowledge of complex AEM deployments – Managed Service, Cloud & On premise
  • Experience in migrating from old CMS system to Adobe and on premise to Cloud solutions
  • Experience in migrating on premise AEM to Public/AEM cloud as service
  • Experience in at two/three: Adobe - Advertising, Analytics, Audience, Campaign, Commerce, Content Management, Marketo Engage, Personalization or Target, AEP and drive the solutions E2E
  • Develop innovative technology solutions based on AEM combined with other digital marketing tools to meet the needs of the business and build proofs of concept as appropriate
  • Take ownership of AEM platform compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and internal security policies. Implement robust security measures to safeguard digital assets and customer data

 

Your Daily Duties & Impact:

  • Translate client requirements into technical designs, including enterprise-level architecture, and implement strategies using components of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments
  • Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite, including Web Content Management (WCM), DAM and Social Collaboration
  • Develop capable features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.
  • Manage a team of up to 15+ developers and quality engineers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the clients’ requirements to the highest quality standards
  • Estimate, design, code, test and deploy small to large-sized modules of a marketing technology project using one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Lead team activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and retrospectives
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to content management implementation
  • Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used
  • Act as the overall solution owner for your projects ensuring timeliness and quality of delivery of the projects you oversee
