JOB DETAIL

  • Analyse business processes, document procedures, track key performance indicators.
  • Document future state process flow requirements as epics.
  • Facilitate requirements definition, refinement and, prioritization
  • Drive product / solution group strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines within the squad and in collaboration with the overall program
  • Help define and drive product / solution group vision and provide recommendations on improving functionality
  • Prioritize requirements reflecting business needs and objectives
  • Own relationships with line of business stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, as well as potential mitigations
  • Review completed design artifacts (visual design, workflow design, etc.) and confirm designs meet business need
  • Coordinate design validation, stakeholder review, and documentation sign-off, readying artifacts for subsequent story creation.
  • Provide approval on User Story
  • Confirm business priorities and provide an overview of Epic and story to provide business context and explain requirements during story point estimation.
  • Review Sprint Plan, update Roadmap with sprint milestones and Business Epics' completion timing
  • During 80/20 solution review, ensure Business Priority and Impact are considered, prepare suggestions/ feedback for business review on unapproved gaps and engages business stakeholders to review decisions discuss alternative paths to address unapproved gaps
  • For solution Planning Workshops; set Business Context, review of SG Roadmap, review SDB, MVP and capability and feature gaps.
