72 months of experience using Confluence and Jira for documentation and work tracking.
72 months of experience in all types of testing (including functional, non-functional, regressions, integration, UAT, etc.) of applications, business process validations reporting needs and data sanity checks.
72 months of experience supporting a project manager and interacting and following-up with multiple stakeholders, including program leaders, SMEs, program owners, IT staff, and more.
72 months experience in transforming paper-based processes into electronic systems, involving digitization of content, receipt of content from third parties, case management, document storage and retrieval, and data transmission.
Obtained any of the following certifications:
