• Competent in TDM functions like data masking, data provisioning, sub setting, profiling, data mining, data handling, data management and synthetic data creation, APIs and Macros.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and data stewards to identify PII definitions, data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Reviewing data needs and driving data solutioning decisions. Ability to build data masking configurations in the data masking tools. Provide mentoring to Test Data Analysts as needed.

What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role?
1. Experience and subject matter Data Masking expertise spanning across various Data Sources like Mainframe, VSAM, Flat file and Oracle
2. Informatica knowledge on masking is preferable, expertise in any other industry TDM tools is acceptable (IBM Optum, Delphix)
3. Experience in automation using Excel Macros and similar tools
