Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC (or) S4HANA Sales & Distribution with Shipping (LE-SHP), Transportation Management (LE-TRA), Shipping & Transportation Add-ons (Ex: ShipERP)
• 5+ full-cycle Implementations using ASAP or Activate methodologies
• Strong knowledge / experience in Shipping, Transportation Management is highly appreciated

Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation / upgrade of SAP ECC & SAP Bolt-ons for Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Shipping & Transportation
• Interact with business partners to understand as-is processes and work on developing to-be processes
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes, document requirements, solution definition, implementation, testing and support of SAP SD, LE- WM / SHP / TRA module as a whole
• Implement integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, FICO and other modules as required
• Guide business to understand SAP best practices and standard offerings
• Guide Master Data Migration team to complete data mapping and transformation workshops
• Strong experience in several Sales Processes (Quotations, Sales from Stock, Make to Order, Third party process, Intercompany sales, Rush orders, Consignment, Delivery etc.,)
• Strong experience in Transportation Planning, Automatic Leg Determination, Shipment Stages, Shipment Cost Processing
• Strong understanding and configuration experience in configuration of Outbound Delivery Processing, Goods Issue, Printing/Communication in Shipping (Forms, Integration with 3PL), Route Schedules
• Strong exposure to Shipping Add-ons / Bolt-ons such as ShipERP
• Candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring teams as well as managing client relationships
