Pega PRPC including case management data modeling

1. Lead and oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.

2. Serve as the subject. matter expert in Pega architecture and design, providing guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and clients to gather and define project requirements.

4. Design and develop Pega application features, including data models, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations.

5. Perform code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are followed.

6. Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks in Pega applications.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to project work where applicable.

9. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, including case management, data modeling, and UI development.

- Proficiency in Pega frameworks such as PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Customer Service.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
