Required:
Senior-level BA (7+ years), someone comfortable speaking with peers and mid-level leadership.
Generalist/well-rounded business analyst with experience developing Agile Scrum User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Ability to work with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and document business and technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats; showcases clear and concise manner including ability to persuasively communicate complex business and technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
When appropriate, to help illustrate requirements, ability to develop process diagrams, page wireframes, and/or page mock-ups.
As needed, assist Quality Assurance team in translating requirements/user stories into test scenarios and plans.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and working knowledge of various tools used in managing Agile initiatives (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally/etc.).
