•           Good experience in monitoring and supporting Siebel Systems.

•           Proven experience in Siebel application support, including expertise in Siebel Tools, EIM, eScript, and workflows.

•           Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and infrastructure components.

•           Excellent skill set on analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying application/infrastructure issues

•           Should have experience in Cloud based application support projects

•           Familiarity with database systems, any SQL or NoSQL, preferably GraphDB (Neo4j).

•           Passion to learn and adapt new technologies as per project needs

•           Should have worked in client facing roles and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•           Experience in effectively managing incidents and customer interactions
