Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience with Identity management concepts such as: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, and process integration
- Business Analyst experience such as requirements gathering and working with diverse IT teams to document operational procedures
- Ability to articulate and understand technical architecture of integrating identity management, access management and access governance software with infrastructure and applications
- Experience with role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organizational change management
- Maintaining or configuring SailPoint platform
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of identity lifecycle management and user access provisioning
- Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate identity and access management processing and to improve the AE SailPoint solution
- Works with the SailPoint platform to document current state of implementation and document desired requirements for improvements Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures
- Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
