-Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Understanding of design quality standards.

-Managing the product & sprint backlog and prioritizing them based on change requirements & business value.

-Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.

-Proficiency in the use of analytic tools and Product management tools like Jira / Rally.

-Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and able to create swim lane flows / high level flow diagrams.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills. Certifications will be value added.

-Should have Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Safe or Kanban framework/platform)
