JOB DETAIL

Must be able to perform Citrix VDI administration such as to determine VDI assignments, VDI status, reassign VDIs, or create additional VDIs within existing Machine Catalogs, create new Machine Catalogs, familiarity with PowerShell commands used to manage Citrix environments

Experience troubleshooting Citrix StoreFront, WEM, Workspace App & Netscaler

Must be able to perform Citrix XenApp administration such as server generation, application install/testing, applications reporting, determining application assignment, or similar.

Citrix WEM management/administration skills a plus. Senior level Citrix troubleshooting, such as client remediation, VDA remediation, etc., and root cause analysis

Citrix Netscaler experience is a plus
ControlUP Experience is a plus

• Azure AD/Active Directory skills:
Must be able to use basic Azure AD/Active Directory management tools for queries, adds/moves/changes.

• Intune Skills
Must be able to manage and create settings/policies via Microsoft Intune

• Network skills:
Must be able to determine basic TCP/IP functionality, such as DNS resolution, trace routing, IP address configurations, proxy settings, VPN connections, etc. Understanding of latency and basic troubleshooting skills

• Windows skills:
REQUIRED Must be able to use Windows Event Logs on workstations and servers to locate evidence of application crashes or other relevant events or errors. Understanding of user profiles, folder redirection, RDP, SSL certificate management.

• Problem-solving skills
Should be quick to rectify and resolve any issues that they encounter with the infrastructure. Must be able to handle multiple issues without causing any downtime.

• AWS skills:
Must be able to perform basic AWS skills such as instance management/configuration, AMI creation/management, basic storage management, security group management


• Communication skills
Must be able to provide status updates on what they are working /accomplishments
Expected to monitor alerts, Teams channels and ticket queues
Expected to provide "White glove” treatment to all associates and LOB
Work independently and autonomously with little to no supervision
Own and drive issue resolution
Update tickets, documentation

• Participate in On Call Rotation
