• Provide subject matter expertise in the assigned technology domain.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept for new approaches and platforms.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software architecture requirements.
• Lead architect teams and provide technical direction on projects.
• Create functional and operational architecture models, utilizing tools like EA, Java, Python, MySQL, and Jira.
• Define technology strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
• Participate in design reviews, specification reviews, and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to address conflicts/gaps.
• Adhere to best practices for code development, API design, and automation.

Skills/Abilities & Knowledge:

• Strong architectural experience with Java, Python, Angular, and Oracle.
• Detailed-oriented, highly motivated, with professional communication skills.
• Adaptability to agile and fast-paced environments.
• Experience in model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Knowledge of software development phases, including design, coding, testing, and implementation.

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience in designing and integrating telecom OSS solutions.
• Familiarity with TM Forum industry standards: eTOM, TAM & SID models.
• Expertise in B/OSS system architecture, designs, specifications, and system testing.
• Full Lifecycle Wireline System experience, including legacy system integrations.
• Understanding of end-to-end network architecture in heterogeneous access networks.

Related Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of technical experience in software engineering and architecture for the telecom domain.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Development Process.
• 3-5 years of related Cable industry experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Software Development, preferably in Telecommunications.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office/Visio, Documentation, Smart sheet, Enterprise Architecture tools, UI/wire-framing & UML.
